fast service. and got what we wanted done. but the girl who helped us was ..... unconcerned with answering questions, her attitude was 'what do you want'. we are law abiding citizens, no criminal records. she had very little time to help us .

There are no changing tables for kids in the WOMENS bathroom. That needs to change. I had to change my poor baby boy outside.

No one calls you back, they are quick to send paperwork for what they need but can’t call you back when you have questions or need help with said paperwork, I don’t know if I’m going to lose my benefits snap or not now because I been trying to get ahold of somebody anybody and no one is returning my calls I don’t know if I should come down to the office or not either that might be a waste of time ? Look I know you all are swamped with what is going on with government funding ect but to sit and leave people tax payers in limbo like this is disgraceful your not that busy you can take a few minutes to make a what? 2 minute phone call to let people know what is going on. With how much we pay for taxes and o course taxes just shot up again there is no reason why you can afford to hire more help.
