Went on Tuesday at 10:30am and walked out at 10:45am with a birth certificate for my I9 at a new job. Line wasn’t too long and moved fast. The clerk was nice and they had an area with forms to fill out.

Went to get a birth certificate for my girls. Line wasn't too long. Went there on Wednesday. Area is kept nice clean. I wouldn't say customers service are super friendly but they are doing their best. Each birth certificate cost $26. There is free parking.

Omg, I was in a rush to get a birth certificate and the lady there who helps me with this was funny sweet and patient, and was quick with it! It honestly made my day better because I was anxious about waiting about 7-10 business day.

Tiffany was AMAZING!!! Went in for a copy of Birth certificate, She got me in and out in LESS than 5 minutes! Didn’t think that was even possible! Right away from the entrance she greets you with a smile and acknowledges your presence! The person ahead of me was also praising her for services! That’s how I got her name lol :) people like her make a difference!!! Thank you!!

Came here around noon on a weekday and the white lady behind the counter got us in and out quick with a few birth certificates. She was very helpful and answered all our questions respectfully. Much appreciated
