The guy that sits on the right is very frustrated by any questions you are asking him, not helpful at all, I will definitely try to look where else to complain about him.

I called them for help about a dead animal this early afternoon. The guy was kind and helpful. He came and solved the problem quickly. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough good words about the woman (Jan) that helped me tremendously today, with a ticket I didn't realize I had (I probably forgotten it) She was so nice and pleasant on the phone, told me step by step what to do and how to solve my problem. I called her back, very close to their closing time to give her my credit card information, and she took and processed it, we even shared a giggle or two. This is the very first time, when speaking to other municipal townships, that I was given such prompt and courtesy help with my problem, let alone get a giggle in our conversation... Thank you Jan and thank you Washington township for having such a wonderful employee helping me. Robyn Schroeder

Review for bldg dept: Permit application dropped of 6/19. Mechanical received 7/2. Construction received 7/10. I called and left a msg on 7/11 to check the status; no reply. Physically returned 7/15 to ask about status, and it was issued and printed at that moment. That is an atrocious turn-around time. There is an older gentleman whose demeanor is way too familiar, casual, and unprofessional. No one's there to be your friend, and no one wants to here your jokes when they got work to do. Do your job, and review permit applications. Larger towns out east have faster turn-around times. The residents pay for your salary.
