I have never had a good experience here and my questions are walked all over, like I can't even finish a sentence. I've contacted these people twice in the past month and it was the same attitude both times. Glad I don't live in this county anymore.

I got my final covid shot on 10-29. Just walked in about 2 pm. Wait time was short. I had a couple questions that were quickly answered. All professional. I will bring my handicapped wife here because they will give her curb service.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. The "ladies" if that's what you can called them, were extremely rude and unhelpful. Before making a trip there I had called on 3 separate occasions to make sure I had the documentation I would need and brought everything with me. Had my DMV issued liscense with me and was told it was an unacceptable form of identification. I meant to go earlier then now, but I've been in the hospital for my pregnancy. So sorry my body didnt act according to your timeline. They proceeded to be hostile and a HUGE waste of my time. Now I cannot register my other child for school etc. Until later in the year

I have been going to the WCHD for years for my vaccines and have had the most positive experiences from the front desk to the medical room. Great people who offer a great experience!

I just hung up the phone. Called to ask questions about getting latest vaccination for COVID and variants. Employee was super helpful and informative. I've spoken to them before and at no time did I ever find any associate rude and hostile. If anything they've demonstrated a good amount of patience.
