1 Star is being nice. I currently reside in Ohio but I'm from Indianapolis. I tried to get a passport and found out 1 letter in my name is incorrect on my birth certificate. I called this office, since its the closest Indiana state to Ohio, and asked if the office handles the name change process. The lady was extremely rude. She said "Yeah but you have to research on your own." I asked if she could tell me any information since I am coming from Ohio. She then says, "No you have to look it up." Customer service must not be a requirement for the job. I am extremely upset.
