A city ordinance of a truck inside a truck stop not allowed to be parked for more then 2 hours? Yet if a truck driver is out of hours he needs to be parked for 10 hours according to federal D.O.T. regulations/laws. So it comes down to that truck ain't allowed to deliver to a company in this town, for I already broke the ordinances by waiting to be offloaded and being parked in the docking bay for more then 7 hours, what bad town for truck drivers. I'll make sure in the future that me and other truck driver I know don't ever take on a load that comes to this city/town.

Driver of white pick up truck with city logo, drove in the other lane with oncoming traffic, just so he could turn down Franklin Street in westfield. Absolutely disgusting that a city worker would put other lives in danger just so he can make a turn. License plate number. M9 7–831
