I visited the office yesterday (2/23/2026) for birth certificate. It was a long drive from IN in winter weather condition. When arrived I was told the system just went down and they cannot process it. The lady came downstair to explain the situation and provide possible ways she can help to make it easier to avoid another long trip or long wait, With her help, the situation was managed with a workable solution. Later I was told the system came backup and it was processed to overnight the birth certificate as promised. I appreciate her warm personal approach and professional manner handling the uncontrollable situation, and would like to leave a note for "Thank You".
