Most people are friendly. Some don't seem to care, but aren't rude. Wait time can seem to be really long. Other than that, no bad experience.

Called for questions on a property we had recently bought in Fulton County. She was very friendly and answered all my questions and was even willing to send me copies of our property plan through the mail.

Helped when I had no insurance. If you're in need of women's healthcare and are in a similar situation..I highly recommend here. They covered my exam and got me on a affordable birth control pill.

WIC department is extremely unreliable, as I have an appointment scheduled over a month in advance, I had to get a sitter for my 4 other children so I could take my baby to get his recertification done, an HOUR before my appointment I was sent a text message (not a call/voicemail) saying they had to cancel my appointment and I needed to call to reschedule. I called the next week on my next day off work to reschedule and was told they wouldn't be able to get me an appointment for another 2 WEEKS even though they were the ones who cancelled on me last minute, and my benefits would be completely ran out and would have to go without formula for almost 2 weeks or go purchase it in my own (which I can do, but shouldn't have to considering I had an appointment and would have everything recertified if I had been able to go to my original scheduled day/time.) when I asked if there was anyway they could get me in any sooner so my benefits didn't lapse they were completely unhelpful and refused to do anything to help the situation and were rude and tried to turn it around on me saying I should have called sooner to reschedule, although I work a job 4am to 4pm and called my first day I had off and was able to reschedule. So, don't be expecting any sort of reliability from this office.
