Stopped in to have some papers filed and overheard one of the clerks say that people up north are rude. Well, I happen to be from up north and I was offended! Then she proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get my papers filed until tomorrow because she was too busy and there were other people ahead of me. They were NOT busy. She was rude. Not only will I not go back to that office but I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. She should not be working with the public. I drove from Ohio 3 times to have these papers filed. The first time the governor of Kentucky had all the offices closed. The second time the office was open but the only recording clerk was out sick. And the third time ...well you know what happened.
