we showed up late because we live 40 minutes outside town and two of the three main roads to town were closed due to construction and we had no forewarning of their closure... the lady behind the counter says that we need to show up on time next time...I inform her I didn't decide to close the roads and not therefore this situation was out of my control. she says that's fine... and reiterates that next time we have to show up... (as if she didn't understand the first time I had no control over) I repeat to her I didn't decide to close the roads... she informs me next time I need to show up on time... inform her again I didn't decide to close the roads... she informs me she's just telling me... I inform her I'm just telling her I didn't decide to close the roads... she finally gets it through ahead I'm going to put up with her attitude about something I had no control over. as I go to find a seat after finally being allowed to check-in I discovered extremely dirty lobby with bed bugs crawling on some of the chairs. for what services they provide me it's not worth going there it is always dirty and my child constantly get sick after leaving. we are literally 3 for 3...every visit there she gets sick.

Called about Covid-19 vaccination and they returned my call got me set up for a drive thru clinic over at WIT and it went extremely well. In and out very well organized and it was the J&J brand of vaccination so 1 shot and done. I couldn't be happier. I HATE needles with a passion. Now I'm hearing all this negative backlash about this vaccination as to how well it will be against the virus and it leaves me to wonder. If something is just too good to be true, then there is usually something bad to come out of it. And it went so well it was unbelievable as I stated. I sure hope I don't have to go get vaccinated again. All in all they did a wonderful job of setting that up and the volunteers at the site were so friendly getting me in n out in no time. Great job.

I have been trying to get my 6 month old daughter in for shots for 4 months. The person in charge of making appointments seems to never be doing her job. I have been calling almost every week and for some reason they are never at the desk. I always leave a message and not once have been given a call back. If I could give a 0 star I would. 🤬🤬

The receptionists response was "did you get a reminder text?" Are your employees so incompetent that your patients need to rely on reminder texts to make sure they actually booked your appointment?
