Very rude over the phone and don’t ask questions because they will want to bite your head off. Before finishing your conversation, quick to hang up(couldn’t even say “thank you”). Beyond unprofessional. Do better!!

I Spoke to someone in the clerk's office today to get information about getting a Birth Certificate.Well, I think they deserve 5 stars.Because I spoke to annette, And she was above and beyond her Call of Duty very pleasant to speak with very professional, very, very helpful told me exactly what I need what to bring not to forget to bring this and that she even emailed me what I needed to fill out ahead of time. So I don't have to sit there and do it there. She even told me how to get easy. Access with the elevators because I had a knee replacement done I think this place is awesome and if you have any needs. Please feel free and go to the clerk's office.Because they are very, very helpful.Thank you, Annette, for all you've done for me.You made it very easy for me to get my father's birth certificate.
