I’ve been there eight times to get my son’s birth certificate. I have the correct paperwork now they want me to change the name on a legal document for a person. I have no relation to. This has been an absolute nightmare Every time I try to get a birth certificate they have another reason why I can’t get it. It has been several different reasons. I have corrected all of the things now they have a new reason Of course. They asked for a picture of my son‘s head from the hospital. This is getting absurd. I feel like I’m being harassed since the reasons are always different as to why I can’t get a birth certificate. I can’t believe we hire these people.

Trying to call is a nightmare. I choose option 3 which is the one I need and it takes me on an endless circle for District Court of Yellowstone county. Contacting other departments is no help they just give me the phone number, I mean obviously I have their phone number

Very disorganized. The ticket caller behind the glass won't call people loud enough to hear, everyone is telling each other what the next number is. After 20 minutes she is now advancing the numbers on the board.
