Waited half an hour past our appointment time with no one else waiting while 4 ladies stood behind the glass chatting. Only 1 nurse to give vaccinations to our infant, which drags out an already difficult process. Exam room equipment where my baby was measured and weighed was visibly dirty. Unfortunately our insurance demands our kids get their shots here, so we have no choice but to return.

I called them 7 times, left multiple voicemails and had them waste my time all day just for them to finally tell me they didn’t have any appointments until the end of February. Don’t waste your time here. Just go to the walk in Medi center in Holland. Don’t waste your time or money here

I came here for my two-step TB test for college. It’s super cheap ($15/test) and the staff is very, very nice. Especially Erin! She made the experience very tolerable even though I am terrified of needles. You will wanna pay with cash or check as there’s a $1.50 fee with card.

I have never been to a health department and felt so welcomed. And I’ve never actually been excited about going back lol. Sharon and (can’t remember her first name) Boyd was her last name. Yall were phenomenal and so helpful! Thank you. :)
