So friendly! So easy to work with! We were having some major issues with Ottawa County Clerks office when we were trying to get our marriage license. (OC requires physical birth certificate, SSN card, License) so we were completely frazzles and frustrated with their service, no help or compassion. We realized that we could also get our license in Allegan county due my license being in the county. I was absolutely relieved to find out that they do not require a physical copy of the birth certificate! Thank you so much Allegan county! You seriously saved the day for us!

Government offices tend to have a bad rap sheet for customer service, but this one is an example of a classic “five-stars” office. Security and office staff were great, even after being worn out from a long day. Easy in and out. If I had needed to wait in line, I would have done so comfortably! Daron was especially helpful in the Elections Office.
