Every department in the Allen County Courthouse building I have had to deal with have been very kind and considerate, always willing to help with what I needed. The people working in the Clerks office have always answered all my questions and more than willing to help fix issues I had getting my vehicle registered from out of state a year ago. When I went in to renew my registration a few days ago, Annette was very friendly and polite. I was on my way with my new registration in minutes.
