It's a county clerks office. I gave it five stars because I moved here from Montgomery county and if you've ever lived in a large county you know how amazing it is to walk into a government building and not wait four hours to even speak to a person. Also when you do speak to a person they aren't dismissive and annoyed by your presence. They are quick and efficient.
