Ready and fast. Just make sure to bring all your paperwork just in case.

It's painfully clear that not one of these Henderson county tax paying citizens are going to receive an answer to their pertinent questions. The whole public sector in this county is incompetent.

Janice Hankins is not personable at all. Extremely rude. Not sure if she's just unhappy with her life or just dislike people of color or ready to retire. My first time ever visiting this city because I'm new to the area. She gives this town a bad image especially having someone like her working for the gov.

I've been at the County Clerk's office today and I have to admit that I was happily surprised by how nice and helpful all the ladies working there were. It is not very often that you go to a government agency and find them smiling and willing to help, but this was certainly the case at the County Clerk's office in Athens. I truly appreciate how easy they made it to meander through the books and the data I was looking for. I had a great experience. Thumbs up!

Was unable to locate a specific index book and the clerks seemed unwilling to help to locate the specific index book. I had been to the clerks office twice before and the first time the service was excellent and they were so nice, However, the last time not so Helpful especially if you have to make a long drive.
