There is no email access to many of your officials. I live out of state and needed Letters Testamentary. There is no way to ask my question: To whom is the money order made out to receive copies of the Letters? And you have no link to or information on Probate Court. Pat James Murrey

If you want to travel back in time - before computers, scanners, email and digital files, you can get the complete experience at the Rusk County Clerk. The only way to get a probate search is to send a FAX with the request. They will search the records there. Call with the results Collect payment (credit card by phone -not a secure transaction) And If you actually want a copy of any records, you will need to tell her so she can get the number of pages. And dont forget to give you mailing address. They only send copies by mail. Not email, its that other one - the post office that your grandma used to send you cards with money for birthdays. Yall need to elect a county clerk that “believes” in the modern world and knows how to do business in it !! Frustrating trying to do something that is easy and quick in other counties.
