Best service I ever had in AC. Although, my issue was not resolved, I appreciate the lady at the birth certificate dept hearing me out.

I need to share how wonderful the ladies in Vital Statistics are. I called this morning after DMV required a new Birth Certificate for RealID. I first called and spoke with Ms Cassandra, who was pleasant and most helpful! She was provided online instructions but DMV was not giving me a lot of time. I forgot to share I live 2 hours away from Atlantic City. Miss Cassandra's bright and helpful spirit gave me the inspiration to make the trip! She was as fabulous in person as she was over the phone and her co-worker, I believe her name is Ashley was phenomenal too!!! It makes me proud to know the citizens of my hometown have dedicated folks to assist them with their business need!!! Thanks Again Miss Cassandra and Miss Ashley!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Fraizadelle Ramsey-Crawley

I went down to get a copy of my birth certificate. I was about 10 mins away and I called the office because Google said they were open till 4pm while everyone else said 3pm. So I called and spoke with this very nice and polite woman and advised me that they did indeed close at 3pm not 4pmGoogle! Wrong as usual. Well when and I assured her I was rite around the corner and would be there in less than 10 mins. Well when I walked in the security gaurd went into explaining that they closed early because they were busy all day and didnt recieve a break. My heart sank because I no longer live on the island. I moved to Philadelphia Pa. So it was no trip around the corner. Well to my surprise the woman I spoke with was waiting at the the security desk. And told the security to let me in but I was the last customer of the day. She reaffirmed that there are people at there that still follow the golden rule. Do on to others as you would have them do on to you. If im not mistaken shes been there for sometime now. My grandmother worked for the county. And there just different down there. In Philadelphia pa they would have thrown me out. I just want her to know that shes in my nightly prayers. Again thank you so much!
