Nice people but got my children's shot records wrong and administered vaccines that were NOT due. When I called to tell them after comparing the same records for their doctor's office to the print outs from the health department, I encountered 6 errors on each child's records, and they just wanted me to fax everything in and they would fix it in their system. Fixing it in the computer doesn't change the fact that my children were given vaccines that they did not need, due to their error.
