Because when you need help on check ups or anything when someone is out they got no help and send you way out of town for help instead of in town help it sucks

So I came here to get a birth control implant; I was told the appointment would be set and I may get it the day of. I asked ahead of time if I could bring my two children as I am a single mother. They told me they’d have someone help if it was an inconvenience to the doctor for my kids to be in the room with me. So after coming in not only was I then told I could not get the implant unless I got three months of the shot but the doctor walked out of the room in front of my sister and told the other doctor “ she brought her kids in here” with a disgusted face. I have never been so humiliated by a place in my life. I think this place needs to look at their head of staff very closely and re evaluate.

Never have nurses in unless it’s Friday, so you have to wait for half a month or more just to get birth control refills etc
