You can never get a hold of someone. They expect you to work, how can you when you are trying to get a hold of someone. Time to go higher than H&W.

I had to get finger printed for work. Amy with the fingerprint division was rude, condescending to myself annd others and almost seemed like she hated doing her job. Why is it people in these positions find it ok to treat people so poorly? Drink some coffee and do better.

Had a great experience here. Needed help with figuring out my father-in-laws long term care through Medicaid and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

There are 43 windows in the place & only 4 are open. Absolutely horrible! Before they remodeled a couple of years ago the place was busy & not long wait times at all. There's no reason to have 43 windows if you can't staff them. Just another government agency that wastes money.

The kindest person helped us today. With our situation we were going to need to change a lot of things and she sat with us, took care of us, and was nothing but kind, compassionate, and respectful to us. It honestly restored my faith in humanity a little bit. She worked with our situation and didn't just send us home and tell us to figure it out but did what was needed to get everything back into order. We are so grateful.
