R. Kiefer went above and beyond, truly exceptional at his job/duties. Made jury duty as pleasant as possible. He truly cared about us and his job. Thank you! Randy, the commissioner threatened I would be arrested or fined multiple times for missing jury duty during a phone call to rectify my mistake. I was told to call back later in the day to see if I would be getting arrested or fined. I realize this can happen but I feel it could have been handled better. In person, he was friendly and you can tell truly cares about his duties….

While at intermountain hospital I was attacked by 20 staff members with 14 needles full of 16 medications and 2 cleaning solutions as a form of sedation because I refused to take a dose of zyprexa at addition I had already taken a dose of it that night. I fought back against the hospital staff to get a cop called because I was scared for my well being. I have 2 kidney transplants and am not supposed to be on certain medications because it will burn my kidneys up and they would not stop attacking me. Finally when I the ada county officer arrived he herd The staff members admit they were trying to suffocate me and wanted me to die it was there right to detain and sedate me any way possible. He felt bad for me but said the only thing he could do is book me in on a felony and I could explain it to the judge. I got booked in on 5 felony batterys. At arrangement the judge refused to watch body cam footage. My attorney refuses to retain security cam footage from intermountain or the arresting officer who promised to keep an unedited version of the body cam footage on his sd card and that he know a Nampa police officer has it out for me and his sargent is involved so his report would not reflect much to protect me but that he would testify what he was told and show the unedited camera footage Y attorney said the judge refused to allow the president and Putin to attend the court date via zoom and is being no help. The judge allowed someone to stand in on my head at a court date I was not allowed to attend and it was a competency evaluation. The judge is married to one of the intermountain staff that attacked me and refuses to pass my case to another judge.

If you plan on leaving your kids with your family while youre moving or on vacation this court might give them guardianship over your kids. It happened to my wife, and 9 years later she still doesnt have a relationship with her son thanks to the court appointed guardian. Neither does the father or his siblings. Poor boy was robbed of a life with his family because the court jumped to a conclusion and is running with it. Thanks to this i learned to never let anybody babysit for me under any circumstances.

I've been to this courthouse a few times over the past 20 years, and each visit went better than expected. I encountered polite and professional employees each time I needed something or asked a question. When I needed representation, I had a wonderful attorney and a witty or compassionate judge. In the world we live in, I'm not surprised there are so many upset people giving negative reviews here. After my experiences at this courthouse, I know many employees are simply doing their job regardless of all the one star reviews.
