Found the information I was looking for. Lots of options when calling Bonneville County. I did find somebody with civil court courts who told me I would likely need an attorney.

Very disorganized. All the bad experiences I have had with them will have to be a novel, which I am more than willing to write. Let's start with the last time I got arrested. Halloween 2023, when I was on my way to cover a shift in Rexburg because a co-worker's baby was sick. Got pulled over for a tail light that was out. Got taken to Madison County Jail. My ex husband (who works for my parents, and who I have 5 living children with, and 1 dead one) had filed "unlawful entry" charges against me, after going into his house and visiting our daughter. He had dropped the charges, but I still "called in" on July 21st, like I was supposed to and left a message for them to call me if they still needed to talk to me even though the charges had been dropped. They put a warrant out for my arrest anyway. This ONE experience is a NOVEL, and I am just waiting for the attorney who wants to sue the state of Idaho for all it's INSANE disorganization and injustice. This is one of MANY nightmare stories I have about the Bonneville courts. They are mostly just used for "revenge against exes." Including the time Allen Browning didn't take care of a warrant for my arrest and I got arrested from running City of Refuge thrift store on a Saturday by an angry delusional ex. And then Allen Browning took me to small claims court for an honest Google review of him. Justice is going to come sweeping through, so count on that.

Called about a county road concern. Wow! The woman who I spoke with was first, crazy rude, didn’t want to hear it, and in the end said to have a good day and hung up. This is what we all are paying for? Amazes me how these people cane be the front line in a government job. It only gets worse.

Passport office staff were friendly and efficient. We had our appointment on 10/17 and received our passports in the mail just 10 days later! And we did not pay for the expedited processing ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we asked for help in a situation the civil clerk said "that's not in my job description" no one in any department knew their job.
