I love the wic office spee nice and sweet people, BUT even if you do the classes go to every single appointment answer every phone call and text message. They'll say that you didn't make it to your appointment and cancel your benefits. The WIC office definitely needs to take ownership of when they mess up. I always get blamed for not doing my part WHEN I AM BECAUSE MY KIDS NEED IT!!! Generally would appreciate it if you'd stop blaming people for when your workers mess up and don't update their shit😁 other then that doing grate but fr update you computers better and take ownership for when you mess up. Don't blame the people when your workers don't work.

The PA is real helpful and professional. The nurses on the other hand are extremely rude. I had questions regarding my IRIS account for my vaccines, since my school had an issue with the way my tuberculosis was documented and two nurses had attitude about me coming back to clarify the documentation. This facility also had a HIPPA violation but for some odd reason did not fire the employee responsible.

Very professional all around despite all the budget cuts they have been forced to endure! I got in and out quickly both times I have gone there. I went to get a bunch of immunizations as called for by a liver transplant facility. All the staff were super friendly and very proficient at their jobs, including the check in window. Please give a try they do other things besides immunizations. Check them out!
