I give 5 stars and that’s only for the doctors because they are great . But if I could rate front of the house it would be NO stars . There’s this one guy I hope do not work there anymore was giving out patient information. He would tell my cousins why I was there and everything which isn’t anyone business whether they’re my family or not . Or when I would come in he’ll be like I just seen your cousin come in the other day . Sir that’s not my business you’re weird

I've gotten my annual testing done here before with no problem. I gave them the wrong insurance code by accident at first because I changed it recently, then called my insurance to confirm that I still had coverage AND was able to get service at that specific clinic. The insurance rep gave me the right number to give them, but the lady took that number from me and proceeded to tell me that tricare is the worse thing on the planet and that I can't see any off-base civilian provider while my husband is overseas and refused to run the correct number because she already knew better... Tried to get me to pay out of pocket. I scheduled an appointment with my off-base, civilian primary care provider and got it all done there the same day. Insurance covered it.

Had a great experience! I went in, after calling every doctor that accepted Medicaid not one would remove my iud. I called the health unit and made a appointment and got in really fast. I explained to them I wanted to switch off that and onto the nexplanon. They listened to everything I said and made me feel so comfortable there. You don’t have to wait weeks to get birthcontrol either! It can be done the day you go in. The place was super clean. Just remember going in to bring ID, Proof Of income, and/or Medicaid or insurance card. 😊

I just want to say that I know the Health Department gets a lot of flack for all kinds of things, But I called this morning to ask a question about something I probably could have looked up in Google myself And the young lady that answered the phone was just super sweet. Her name was Jordan. She googled the information for me and gave it to me. Thank you Jordan for taking that extra minute to help an old lady figure out something that Google could have told her.

Whoever answers the phone for the wic department is very rude, sometimes you don't know what people are going through to cause them to reschedule an appointment mind you IM PREGNANT but that doesn't mean get irritated with them & hang up in their face. I haven't went to the appointment yet & that most definitely make me not want them go !
