This dentist came to my son's school yesterday and today and I filled out online forms 2 times for him to be looked at and he wasn't put on the list! I'm very unhappy because the dentist he goes to is la familia dental an they always cancel his appointments. All the dentist in this county are not accepting new clients which is unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars because I just tried to schedule my son an appointment here since he didn't get on the list at the school for this same dentist and they told me they aren't accepting new clients neither WHICH DOESNT MAKE SINCE BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING THE NEW CLIENTS AT WILEY‼️‼️‼️‼️

We had an appointment 2 days ago for wic. The nutritionist told us to come in any time to get some voucher coupons. When I went there I was asked if I had an appointment. I told the lady at the window we have already had an appointment two days ago why do we need an another appointment just for coupons. She said that my wife haven't been seen for a while (although she had an appointment two days ago) that proves that the lady at the wic window does not know what she is doing. In addition, she was so rude with when answering my questions and never smiles. Unprofessional

Great experience. Check in was easy. Whitney was AWESOME! My son has Autism and his past experience with the dentist hadn’t been great but she made a huge difference. She was very patience and told him everything that was happening. He actually sat through the entire cleaning process!

WOW. Today was the worst experience I have ever had with someone. There was a red-haired woman with glasses working there today who was supposed to "help" me with my water sample. To say she helped me would be laughable. She was demeaning, rude, and had no interest in helping me. She acted like I was stupid for not mailing in the sample, when her co-worker told me to bring it in to the building. She was making snarky comments and her customer service is terrible. I would never go back to this place again if I had the choice. If I do go back, I will be asking for someone else when I go in. I should have gotten her name, but I was so shocked by her attitude that I forgot. If you see this- it's not my fault you hate your job! :) Find happiness and stop being rude to people!
