In person, the people that work at this circuit court are very friendly and helpful. Calling their line and waiting for general questions, you'll get a person on the line very quickly every time. However, if you try to call the "name changes" desk, don't expect anyone to answer your phone call or return your voicemail. I waited three weeks before I called back and had to go around Jacquelyn by asking the circuit clerk if she actually worked there and if she was in. All four times I called, she never answered her own phone, and when I actually got her on the phone by asking the circuit clerk if she was there, she was completely unapologetic about not returning my call. She's such a peach! Overall, the people are great, efficient, and friendly, just not the woman whose job is handling name changes and divorces.
