The collectors office has silenced their phones and will not take any phone calls coming into the office. Extremely unprofessional and displays a lack of ability to fulfill their job duties. I have been calling for the last 5 days multiple times a day. They do not answer voice messages either. You completely fail at your position at town hall.

James Harkins needs to be fired!!! he slammed a car door on grays foot during a traffic stop because he could not control his emotions. Also admitted Harkins says he was not on shift when confronting this person in a traffic stop. Is this not against policy?? And he's a supervisor unbelievably. Please fire James Harkins with peabody PD.

Good morning. Today is Saturday, December 27th. I am a resident of West Peabody and I have a question: I live at the end of a street and the snow has not been removed from this part of the street. This is not the first time we have been forgotten. Just a reminder: We pay our taxes on time. We don't want privileges, only responsibility and competence. Thank you.
