The town manager "Steve" is a disgrace. Needs to be fired immediately does not care for the public or the rights of the public. Shameful behavior thinks he is better than anyone absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to public office.

Very shady place, unhelpful, and somewhat ignorant. I had an opportunity to talk to the town manager in hopes to get some reassurance but instead got belittled and treated as if I was inferior. Furthermore the manager, I believe his name was Scott or Steve or even Shawn, hard to remember, seemed to be very ignorant to the actual problems I was having, almost as if he didn't even understand what the problem was, yet decided to treat me like I was the one who didn't understand MY own issues with the staff. The whole place needs to get cleared out and hosed like The Golden Banana after a Friday night.

not happy at all with any of my recent visits to town hall. Rude, condescending and miserable are the three words I would use to describe a few of the people I have spoke with when I went there. This place used to be a friendly and open environment, you can feel the tension as soon as you walk into the building. You’re improving and updating maple st? How about improving and updating the heart of Danvers. Very dissatisfied, Steve needs to hear this. Many people are unhappy about this what used to be a great town that is now driving the public away.

I think I called the office three times in the first five minutes they were open trying to get an outstanding tax bill resolved. The man that answered was so patient, kind, and helpful each time. Thank you so much. For something that was causing me a lot of anxiety was resolved so quickly and pain-free.

The ladies in the office were very kind and helpful. Steve was great and really took the time to explain why things needed to be done. Great experience overall.
