    I have had many experiences with this department when my previous landlord owned the building, which were not good! I called about another issue two weeks ago and nothing was done about it. I feel that this department is all for the landlords and really don’t care about the tenants especially if you live in a not so desirable area! Shane on them!!!

    Are you NON WHITE looking to buy business in SALEM? My advise RUN as far as you can from SALEM. They have different rules depending on what you look like and if they like you or not. There could be 2 same exact business model but BOH and Joyce will walk in and give you threats while the WHITE man can do what he wants even though it's same exact business.
