The DO NOT allow walk-ins! They will accept the application and supporting documents and ONLY a money order, in-person. They will mail a copy of the certificate to you. P.S. Don't waste your time going to this office.

I went in here years ago with my Mom and I don't remember why. I was 15 and it was in 2002 but they are very professional and the building is clean inside! so without question five stars all the way! I went inside there many years later & they are still very professional and it was still clean & it was refreshing for me to know they kept up the professionalism and sanitary, and clean. There's no in between either it's a one star review or a full ⭐⭐five ⭐ stars⭐⭐

Photos should be updated to show walk-ins are not welcome. Either order online or schedule an appointment and have the appropriate amount on a cashier's check or money order. Very inconvenient but the worker was helpful given me the routes that needed to be taken.

Whole thing is a complete scam, i ordered for a new Birth Certificate. And what I got was a packet in the mail that I could have filled out by myself and turned in, if I wanted this, I would have asked for it. What I wanted was to order my birth certificate online and have it said to me directly. What the hell did I pay for?
