Was very nice but seemed very uneducated when it came to legal documents that were needed for specific actions. We drove almost 2 hours to get something done & they failed to mention on the phone what we needed to bring, we brought everything it said to bring on the website. It took three of them coming back and forth to figure out what we were suppose to bring. They were very nice, just kind of sucked on our part having driven so far. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this issue.
