I've had an appointment booked with them for random swelling in my foot and leg (could be serious) and they called me an hour before my appointment and cancelled because I'm not establishing care with them. So they refuse to see someone who doesn't have a pcp (I'm on a wait list for someone else who I want to establish care with but they don't have room right now) but I'm fully insured. Why did you make the appointment if your going to refuse to see me the day of? Horrible people and horrible service.

I had an allergic reaction to Poison Oak, or something, I must have picked up hiking and fly fishing in northern California. We were on a coastal trip up the west coast. By the time we hit New Port one of my eyes was completely swollen shut and the other close to it. Worse - I had it on the boys down there. 3 hrs in an ER in New Port we left. That's a story in of itself - so by the time we hit Tillamook, I was desperate! Thank god I found this little clinic. I could not have been in better hands than these ladies here at this clinic!! These guys are absolutely amazing. And that putting it mildly. They were very well organized, professional and incredibly nice and genuinely concerned for me. After a thorough exam and a shot of Steroid, I was on my way to recovery. The very next day was absolutely bliss. I literally can not thank you guys enough. You guys were my heroes that day ~ Seriously ! MY HEROES..... Your kindness wont be forgotten - I shall pay it forward. Once again - THANK YOU!!!!!

I love this doctor's office so much, they're very progressive and accepting of all humans. Communication is difficult some times, but that is more than likely due to this county not having enough health care workers (like every single doctors office on the earth currently). These health care workers actually care about you and ask your pronouns and preferred names. I definitely feel valued and important here, and that's my honest feelings. I don't ever want to go to any other doctors office again lol this is the best I've been to, and I've gone to so many different ones in the past.

5 years ago I was in horrible pain and shape I’d had fallen from a ladder and was seriously injured and had became dependent on pain medication I also suffered a stroke a complete mess …I walked into the health department and asked for help and for the grace of God a new Dr. and support team had just like that week took over the department,I got myself on a opioid management plan and sent out to a bunch of specialists to help mend both my mind and body ,they got me on a health insurance program to ease the burden of money and cost,I’m Alive and healthy today due to the outstanding non judgmental and professional support the whole team has graciously offered me …I’m so so thankful for all that they have given me…
