Very long wait time even with no one in the lobby and an appointment, and dirty facility. Woman at the front desk was nice though.

We made an appointment first, Then we came at 12:00 for a new born screen. Everything was great. The toilet were clean. The front desk lady and the nurse where polite. I have no complaints.

I’m going in Monday morning to speak with a manager. I drove way too far to be closed before 5pm this place was closed since 4:30. Why say it’ll be closed at 5pm. Now I understand these reviews and rating are The TRUTH.

They suck I have been trying to call and call about my depo then when I get somebody on the phone they were very rude. My appointment was at 8:00am I had to wait on the nurse to drive all the way back to cold water ms to her house because she left her keys then for her to get back and say she left her phone very unprofessional. I ended up having to wait again and did not get seen until about 11 something which made me late for work . Please get it together .

They were very kind and quick and had me in and out for my 121 shot records! I was nervous to come in because of the reviews, but I’m glad I did because my experience was very different
