Been takeing my son there for almost 4yrs. Its not the best but they have helped my whole family understand, afford, and face this disorder ADHD. ALOT of understaffing and rescheduleing but i still am appreciative.

Garbage..... Garbage..... Garbage I was on hold for 25 minutes...walked in the building while on hold and the short black lady sitting at her desk laughing and talking with other workers about things not job related. I walked right back out... customer service skills are the worst I've ever seen from the same lady!

The only issue I have do far is when you call their phone, you always get a busy signal and it takes forever for them to answer. When you make an appointment...just know that you will not be seen until about an hour after the time they set for you. But other than that, its a good and clean enviorment ,nice workers. Just slow and needing an update on their phone systems.

If I could give it negative I would!!! 3rd trip for one shot! 1st trip didn't tell me I need an appointment, said just come early. I get there and I'm told no you need an appointment. Cant come back til they open Monday. Now I have an appointment but the nurse won't be here for a couple hours. They can't promise me a spot at that time..I'll just have to wait. No communication, horrible customer service. I counted 7 dead roaches in the waiting area where the children's table is. What can be done to improve or does anyone there even care? Beyond frustrated!!

Nearly every employee at this place is unprofessional and rude. They do not greet you when you walk in the door, no common courtesy, and behave as if you ruined their day by calling with a question. Thankful for the WIC program while we were approved but employees could give 1% of effort and it would be better.
