Women’s Health was easy to find. Nurse Tre was absolutely lovely and the front desk ladies were ontop of it! I got STD testing done because you can never be too safe. Ask for free condoms!

They have a nurse named Dedra Burgess who made me and my children feel so unsafe she was cursing at some one on the phone telling them to die and all while we where having a wic visit … I will not be coming back .

Nurse Carlye was amazing! Went in and got a copper IUD inserted and she made the experience so easy! She explained everything in detail and it was a very educational visit. Another nurse came and held my hand while I was getting the IUD inserted and I'm so upset I didn't get her name, but I would've chickened out if she didn't come. Had a very positive experience, and I hope other women get to experience the same.

As a Medical Professional, I wouldn't give this place 1 star. However, since I couldn't write a review without one. Here it is. Yesterday I was met with the worst Dr. and his RN. Susan Etherton was very disrespectful! She was very rude and unwilling to explain what she was talking about and began to ramble. As I listened to her, I began to get very angry! When the the Dr. Came into the situation, He Dr. John Rickertson laughed at the concerns we had. Which threw me for a loop because as he was asking his Nurse questions. She was rolling her eyes and very rude. He began to joke and laugh. So I began to ask the nurse to retract her findings about what she said, she became more aggregated and so did I. She lied to the Dr. Then when he asked her, she was forced to be honest. He then began to look funny at her. She said something smart and I asked her are you serious? She said, Yes! I got up and slammed the door so hard. I asked another area, could I speak with a manager. Ms. Jennifer was very helpful. Cause how disrespectful are you Susan Etherton? You not only violated a patients privacy, you also lied. That alone in our world is Medical Negligence and Malpractice. If you don't want to be honest and assist. Then this field is NOT for you. The display that you both Susan Ethertson and Dr. John Rickertson portrayed on yesterday was horrible and poor taste. I pray that moving forward, You treat all your patients with dignity and respect.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful over the phone and in person. My mom and I needed affordable flu shots and she needed a pneumonia vaccine as well. I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful and happy at how everything went and how great the staff were. When we arrived I was surprised that someone came immediately to help us in, they brought my mom inside in her chair while I parked. We were okay, but that was so nice that they had that available. Every situation is different and getting in isn't always so easy for each person pulling up, so it's really nice that they offer this here. The staff up front were very friendly and helpful and getting checked in did not take long. I did not catch our nurse's name, but she was so great. She even looked up and told us options/answers for affordable services that we asked about for future reference that we might need and did not seem to mind at all. Thank you all so much.
