Called the probate court this morning trying to get information on filling a name change on my deed. The clerk who answered the phone was absolutely 💯 unhelpful she sounded as if I was disturbing her. Awful customer service! Hopefully in person is better!!

Lord, I miss Judge Nancy Stephenson so much, God bless her soul, the new Judge Ms. Blount has been 0 help to me with my son, I have been trying to get help since 2021, here we are in 2025, So disappointed.

The clerk that answers the phone, is so rude for no reason. I asked a simple question about a conceal carry license and her tone was very dismissive. Then without a ‘thank you for calling’ or ‘can I assist you with anything else’ she hangs up the phone. I’m simply appalled by the whole interaction.

Worst customer service EVER, don't plan on doing anything through them quickly. If I could give them negative stars I would.
