The worst service! Nobody is ever there or answers the phone. They work for the government so I'm sure they're all just setting up there not doing anything at all gaining more weight.

Miss Renita took extra time to help me obtain a document. She emailed me and called me to follow up that I received my documents. Her kindness is greatly appreciated. Thank you Miss Renita 😊

I called this office to see if my Mom's death certificate was ready so I could purchase it. The ladies on the phone would not help me. They would not do a search to see if it was ready and even said I couldn't purchase them there. No compassion at all for my situation. I called Doughtery County and they looked it up and told me what I needed to bring to get the copies. As a citizen of Lee Co, I should not have to go to another County for vital records.
