No one answers the phone there during business hour. You have to leave a voicemail and even then, I still haven’t gotten a call back.

You have a deadline of Jan. 31 to submit a renewal for Health Permit. They are closed the 30, 31, and 1 but if you go in the first day they are open they tell you the fee is doubled. Now most places extend the deadline but not Ector County Health Dept. I called on the 30 th, 31st and 1st to check if they were open. Even called the 2nd to make sure but no one answer. I took the renewal in and was told the fee would double. No thank you. I’m not paying for their vacation. We are closed.

This place is a joke! I've been sitting here 2 hours and they have only called 1 person back! They only take like 4 people a day and make u wait forever!!!! There is no reason what so ever it should take this long. This place is dirty people are rude kids running wild screaming while parents just sit and play on their phones. Someone needs to do something about this nonsense this place is the worst government building I've ever been in!!! With all our tax money you guys need to step your game way up!!!

I came for STD testing and wanna say this was so easy and simple to get. The team here are very sweet. As a young adult who sometimes avoid things that are uncomfortable they made it stress free. I wish there were more options like this for affordable testing everything else I found was really costly.
