If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Worst Passport office you can go to. If you want to deal with rude office workers who have no life, go to this place. Vanessa was the rudeness and insulting person there. She lied to us, wasted our time by serving other people who came without an appt time, and when we finally were addressed by her she refused to take us and began arguing with us. DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE. I wouldn't want them handling my important documents. They have no respect for human beings and refuse to do their job.

They close at but they stop recording deeds at 4:00 o clock. You tried everything to make it before they close, at 5. Get off work a little earlier, you take a loss on some overtime, pull up at 4:15, go through the ridiculous and none sense security check point then the lady on the 4th floor with her hand on her waist tells you she stops recordings at 4:00 clock. Does that make sense? We pay our taxes for them to stop working at whatever time they want, is just not fair.

Don’t use the online system for anything. They have technical issues on the website, so you’ll keep submitting payment and search request that are non-refundable but the information requested on the website is not correct. In person was way faster
