The most useless staff imaginable. Will be unable to help with even the most basic issues

Do NOT let Brandon sign your marriage license. He writes like a 5 year old

Well, don't go asking any questions. They sure don't want to give any answers. Apparently, you go in, shut up, and pay them to hand you a stamped document! And don't even try asking for help! They think the answer to any question is "talk to a lawyer". I'm not even asking a question pertaining to anything legal! Public servants that DON'T "service the public".

That star is SUPER generous.Outside of the fact it was nothing less of a hassle to obtain a passport, Ms. Mackenzie Bauer made the experience that less pleasing. She did not greet upon it being my turn. I had to ask if she was ready. I was met with a yeah. Upon completion of the application process all that I was given was an “ok”. I wasn’t aware that “ok” was a way of saying “We’re all done here, you have a great day!” She was short, rude, and unpleasant. As if she didn’t know she’s there to provide a service for the people. Please get her in a course for Customer service, because she is the face of the county for some. Oh and please let me add into the equation that she’s caucasian and I’m of African descent. However the officers who were standing at the metal detector deserve raises. I only had a few moment with them, however they almost make up for Ms.Bauer (almost).
