No appointment needed for most services. I was able to obtain vital records without issue, and the employees were courteous and helpful. Temperature checks and masks required for entry!

I’m calling the department who helps with rent security deposit and I have been speaking with a woman that supposed to be the one who handles this matter but she is rude and disrespectful! that the times that she’s telling me to call that’s when she’s not working, on my last call she asked me my name and that she will have someone call me and she didn’t and I’m still waiting! I have the immense paperwork that She told me to bring, but she doesn’t schedule the appointment! I asked to speak with a supervisor and I didn’t get anywhere! They all work together ( no chance ) Unbelievable!.... I Need the help this is my first time asking for help for security deposit and my first time on section 8

I had a positive experience with the licensing department. Lamont and Jen were very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns; explaining the details of the process to manage my expectations. Thank you! Approved!
