Could use a bit more accessible parking especially for people with mobility problems. Otherwise, staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Bathroom and building were very clean.

The gentleman who helped me on the phone today with my business certificate was so extremely kind! I had made a mistake sending it in and he was so helpful and fixed it immediately on the phone with me. 10/10 customer service and definitely the best interaction I have ever had with a county or even state official office!

What’s wrong with the lady that works there? I called from Montana to find a marriage record and I learned at the end of the recording that they are not in charge of marriage records so when I got connected all I did was ask, where can I be transferred to? And she talked to me like I was stupid. All you had to say lady was call vital stats in NY it’s not really that hard to be a decent person. You suck!!!
