The call service was so unbelievably rude from the start of the call. The person on the other line mumbled an answer to the call and I asked her to repeat because I could not understand her and wanted to make sure I had the right number considering no office should answer that way and she repeated herself in the most condescending tone. I asked my question and she gave me a short answer while maintaining the condescending tone, I asked a clarifying question because her answer seemed unprofessional and she hung up on me mid ask. It should not matter how many people are calling, each one should be shown the same respect.

We were recently in the County Clerk's office to turn in our mail in ballots. The women there were the kindest, sweetest, most helpful women I have ever met. Thank you so much for being so kind. You're wonderful!
