VERY UNHELPFULL and JUST WORKING A JOB TO COLLECT A CHECK, NOT SERVE THE PUBLIC TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES. Called to get info or just general direction for a document and was just told I don't know the site very well or where to get such documents, constantly urged to call lawyers for something that I know I could submit myself if someone could just find or figure out where I can get the documents needed. They assured me "somewhere" on the site is a link for the form but they were not sure where or how to find the link. NO ONE could even explain the process I would have to take. Google was more knowledgeable and accommodating.
