I have been there twice to get shots for my child. The first time I called before hand was told they give shots from 1-5. I showed up at 3:45 and was told I couldn't get my child shots. I had an appointment in the same buildig the next week. They told me that they would take care of it after my other appointment. When I got done I was again turned away. The reason I was given was they were doing paper work and giving my child shots would mess up there count. How hard is it to subtract one from the number you previously had and match an Id number on a vaccine.

The details of my experience are pretty simple. A patient's well-being (you know, like the pseudonym for HEALTH; mentioned in the Hippocratic Oath!) mean's absolutely nothing to Dr. Amanda Green. She has no problem prescribing medications, medications that can potentially cause alterations in the way you think, feel, process, eat, work, respond to your loved ones, play with your children, attend church, maintain your own integrity, as well as your identity, on top of your physical appearance, your mental health,.....just think of the "This is your brain...and this is your brain on heroin...AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR FAMILY! AND YOUR BODY! AND YOUR CAR!!" commercial with the girl from "She's All That." I'm sure you get the point. Now fast forward a few years. You've not once done anything that indicated you were overusing, abusing or sharing these medications; yet ALL OF A SUDDEN (without any warning or even the slightest hint of comnunication), the pharmacist tells you that your doctor, in my case Dr. Amanda Green, refused to refill the "medication." At first, you don't panic. You think to yourself: "It's just a mistake that she refused. She surely wouldn't abrubptly take me off the one that the sudden cessation of can and will cause panic, psychosis, abdominal pain, migraines, uncontrollable tremors, the inability to work and keep your job, depression, insomnia, the compulsion to buy street drugs so that you can still go to work and play with your children, hallucinations, delusions, gran mal seizures, and finally death. Then there's still Hell to look forward to because of the sudden shift in morals in an attempt to maintain a sense of normalcy, so that just maybe you could make it to church this Sunday, since you've missed service for the last...several years. Now your children are no longer toddlers, and you don't understand what happened to the time, or what happened to your body since exercise has become a distant memory, or your house for that matter since it was forclosed on due to the crippling addiction and irreversible damage your body has succumbed to due to Dr. Amanda Green's concern with your health and well-being. But wait! Dr. Amanda Green isn't through with you yet. Now that your body and mind have nearly reached a point of homeostasis, Dr. Amanda Green decides to (again with NO warning, NO supplementation and ZERO communication) suddenly and abrubtly take you off of the hormone therapy you've taking for the past half-decade, in a last ditch effort to maintain your dignity, physical health, and relationships with your wife and children. Now we're back in the same situation. This time you attempt to get ahold of her, because surely a physician wouldn't want a man to lose his testicles, grow breasts, lose what hair he had left, not be able to respond to his wife, and be in a perpetual state of fatigue and depression; at least without making sure he was wearing lipstick first, right? WRONG. Dr. Amanda Green does not care. In fact she tells you (after charging you $50 for the labs that were required in order for her to refill your hormone replacement therapy) that you need to find a new provider. Well, Dr. Amanda Green gets one of her subordinates to tell you, and I can't say why she does that, but I have sone ideas. That lion in the Wizard of Oz would do the same if he were in her shoes, I'm sure. I am merely leaving this review, because I do care just slightly more than her. This is a cautionary (true) tale that hopefully will save the mind, soul, body, family, health and relationships of the next victim Dr. Amanda Green scratches a harmless little prescription on her pad for, and then washes her hands of, like Pilate did The Christ.

I ended up spending several days in the hospital after suffering a mini-stroke. Of course I do not qualify for medicaid or medicare, yet I can't afford Medical Care. The hospital physician told me to call the health department and then he gave me a 15-day prescription of pills that would keep me from dying or having a full-on stroke. I call the health department and they can't even see me for more than 2 months. Do they care that the emergency room and Hospital doctor told me I was going to die if I didn't get medical care? Nope! Their response was simply "sorry". And thus is the reason we have a major drug problem in Paris, TX, you have to stop the suffering somehow because the doctors around her sure as heck dont care.

Went to see new medical assistant today my appointment was at 2:30. At 5:30 Walmart had still not received my prescription order . Please tell me how long it takes to send a prescription according to the pharmacy it doesn’t take long. I could understand if this happened one time but no it happens every time they write a prescription. Maybe if you can’t do your job you should let someone else do it. I called up there to find out what was going on and I was talked to very rudely and with an attitude which doesn’t scare me because I can get one as well. You are there to provide services and all you do is provide excuses why you can’t do your jobs
