The nursing staff is excellent, but the office team could improve. There seems to be a lack of proactiveness and better understanding of patient needs from the administrative side. It would be great if they could enhance communication, streamline processes, and be more efficient in managing appointments and follow-ups. Additionally, the Google Maps listing should be updated with accurate information, as they don’t answer phones during certain times, including lunch. It would also help if they posted the last time for accommodating walk-ins and any system downtime. They should consider allowing offline processing of patients or, at the very least, implement a split lunch break for staff between 12:00 and 1:30 PM, so the office doesn’t fully close during that time.

They have the worst customer service and communication ever. I was told to come back to be seen today, just to be turned around for the second time today. They never have their communication together ever, I’ve been quoted different prices before, I’ve been told different information. They never answer the phones when you call. Do not go to this facility. There’s always an attitude and miscommunication

Called to get some information and let me tell you... the woman I spoke to was beyond rude. Upon telling her my issue she REFUSED to give me any help, or even listen to what I was asking for. After explaining that Dawson County helped me when I lived there over 5 years ago, and I see that legally they provide the service im asking for. They still refused any help, and even TOLD ME to go back to Dawson County's HD. So because they didnt want to do their job, refused any help, and the immensely rude lady I dealt with, it gets you a one star. Truly wish I could give lower stars. For a Health Department in one of the RICHEST counties, I expected much much better.
