I'm from Ohio. I got a ticket (Well deserved) while in Georgia. I have to say, the State Trooper was so nice and friendly. I just called the court house about my ticket and the woman that answered was just an absolute doll. Her accent and southern charm was just fantastic. I wanted to hug her. And I'm not an affectionate type of person. I actually forgot about the ticket and they could have sent out a bench warrant and made my life hell but they extended the court date and sent me a notice. How cool was that! I have to say Monroe County I'm impressed and thank you!!!

Tried to pat a ticket 3 times online. System couldn't find it. Set a text reminder on their website. Got a text saying there's no ticket on file. Called probate in Forsyth, they didn't have a ticket recorded under my name. Told to call sheriff's office only to be told they don't handle that but was sent to records. This lady barely let me get the word ticket out of my mouth and transferred me again. Had to leave a message. Called probate back and got a rude woman who was loud and not the least bit helpful. Guess I don't have to pay a ticket no one in Monroe County can seem to find.

Phones should be allowed inside and forced to be turned off. If someone has to get dropped off and needs to call their ride, they need to be able to reach them. Especially if theres no parking out in front.

Sat in the court house for over 3 hours Just to reschedule my court date came back same thing happened so I paid my $456 ticket on the due date for the to suspend my DL and say failure to pay months later. Just stupid and unorganized. Throw the whole county away

I went to the Monroe County Probate Court the first week of December 2025. I went to present my Conservator Financial Report. The young Lady I met there with was quite nice and very helpful. I also had the privilege of speaking with the Honorable Donna Robins, Probate Court Judge. I had met her earlier in the year went I was awarded Conservator status for my Step Brother. She was most professional and pleasing to speak with just as she was when I met with her previously. My two experiences with this Probate Court captures a 5 star rating in my opinion.
