We took my stepson to get a vaccination at this department, and Karen was being a Karen. Now my stepson is old enough to just get it done. However he has never had a good experience because of circumstances. But this Karen lady threatened to bring her "bouncer" in to restrain him. Then had the nerve to say that he was manipulating the situation. Now on observation of Karen her hands are shaking and she is threatening to bring in a "bouncer". But say the kid is manipulating. Ummm... I think not lady and you will not speak to him in this way. You need to leave and we need a different nurse, thanks.

They have not had a nurse for months, the nurse is not working today, 07/08/25 even though this is posted hours, and even if the nurse were working the JCHD is too cheap to secure a legitimate shipment for samples to ensure they are not contaminated in transport.
